At a Halloween party Snoop decided to be an unexpected guest. He showed up begging for food, as the kids tried to ride him. After being told they should never approach a stray dog this way, Snoop assured he loved the kids. After finding out he had been roaming around for days and being tied to a stop sign because he was scaring the older ladies in the neighborhood by trying to take a ride in the car with them, we took him home. Not knowing anything about him, we put him in an outside kennel for the night. The next morning he was in the front yard as if he was waiting for us. We learned he couldn’t be contained. So, this discarded hunting dog spent the rest of his years by our sides. The greatest dog a family could ask for. He loved babies of any kind, human, bunnies, kittens, opossum, it didn’t matter. He always knew when we were packing up for a beach trip and would beat us to the truck. He loved spending time outside with his family, protecting us all. He lived to be a old man, although his mind wasn’t ready to stop living, his poor body was. Rest easy sweet boy, until we meet again. We love you with all our hearts. |
