Zamboni is an amazing tail to tell. She KNEW she was Falkor’s (the dog) kid. She would spend hours nuzzling back and forth under Falkor’s chin. Falkor would tolerate it. [This post needs major editing, and at least it is a start]
Zamboni was found one day, comatose on the landing. Debi rushed her to the “Mayo Clinic” for pets in South Denver. Diabetic Acid Ketosis. Normal life expectancy, six months. It turns out that if you are willing and able to give your kid 2 insulin shots a day for seven years, cats can get over diabetes. She lived through seven years of shots and lived another seven years after that, to the age of 21.
