In memory of my beloved baby and service animal.  I can not believe how fast time has flown by.  It seems like just yesterday that your Daddy and I brought you home to join the family.  You were so laid back but still had a zest for life.  You went everywhere with me and I was able to train you and get you registered as my service animal.  You were as smart as a wipe.  It is hard to believe that in the blink of the eye that your time here on earth is over. I want you to remember that I love you so much.  I forever feel guilty for the way you passed.  I just hope that when I see you again on the rainbow bridge that you can forgive me.  Until then I will never forget you and will love and miss you forever.
