Jingle “Belle” Macias-Scott passed away on February 15, 2022 at the age of 20. She passed peacefully at home in her mother’s loving arms.
Born November 25, 2001 in Houston, Belle was the beloved companion of Alyssa (Macias) Scott. Belle was adopted – gifted from Santa himself – by Alyssa on December 25, 2001. Twelve years later, Belle was also adopted by her “husband” Blake Scott.
Belle spent her life by her mother’s side – surviving middle school, graduating from high school, attending and graduating from college, multiple moves across Texas, getting married and welcoming her human baby home.
Her favorite activities included laying in her heated kitty bed, meowing for wet food, following and sitting with her beloved husband, snuggling with her mother and allowing her human baby to pull her face. She loved to eat Fancy Feast with the gravy center and drink any water that was out. She loved roaming around in the backyard on a sunny day. Belle also enjoyed ice cream and blow pops. You always knew if she was mad at you, she would pee in your shoes or leave a present on your side of the bed.
She is survived by her mother Alyssa Scott; husband Blake Scott, and her siblings Bean Scott, Ava Scott and unborn Clark Scott; her grandparents Bonifacio and Linda Macias and Kenneth and Janet Scott; Aunt Tina and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins.
We will remember her when we leave out an unattended glass of water or shoes on the floor.
Belle touched the lives of many in her 20 years on Earth. She will be missed dearly. |
