Cezar Downer, Hampton Beach, NH passed away peacefully with his mom (Cheri Downer) by his side. He was I’ll for a while. He leaves his brother Cisco Downer. He was predeceased by his brother Freedo Downer (01/08/2010) and his brother Jack Downer (03/11/2016) he will always be remembered and deeply missed. Cezar enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved going outside, going for walks, bringing his mom balloons for her birthday and cuddling with his mom and brothers. Mom has a special blanket and lots of pictures to remember me by. I’m playing at the rainbow bridge with my brothers, Freedo & Jack.Guestbook
