It is with heavy hearts and tearful eyes that we bid farewell to our beloved Bengal Jersey “Mama” Giambra, a cherished member of our family. Born on June 2, 2006, Jersey peacefully crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 7, 2024, at the age of 18. Jersey is survived by her loving mother Kelly, father, Michael, and her furry siblings who adored her: Oskar, a mini schnauzer; Rocky, a long-haired chihuahua; Ashtray, a Russian Blue; and her human brothers, Austin, Jeffrey, and Pjay. Jersey brought immeasurable joy and warmth to our lives. She was a playful, attentive, and loving companion who thrived on snuggles and quality time with her family. One of her favorite pastimes was lounging by the pool in the backyard during the summer, enjoying the sunshine and the company of her human and furry pack. Jersey’s presence was felt every morning with her gentle meows, waking us up with love and affection. She was a master of nighttime snuggles, providing comfort and companionship to us all. She was a true family member, always greeting us at the door with unwavering loyalty. Jersey’s playful spirit extended to her interactions with her furry brothers, including her beloved orange tabby late brother, Garfield. For 18 years, she meowed with a distinctive voice, almost as if she was having conversations with us. Her absence leaves an irreplaceable void, and we are devastated not to see her familiar face and hear her comforting meows. Jersey “Mama” Giambra will be deeply missed, but now joins her brother Garfield in heaven, and her memory will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Rest in peace, sweet girl.
