Brownie, you are missed. For the past seven years I had you, it was the best 7 years for the both of us. I wish I could have gotten you to the age of 17. We were so close, but I had no choice but to let you gain your wings. I miss hearing you snore, having you bark at me right as I get in the door to feed you your dinner (okay, sometimes!), Chloe cuddling with you, your kisses, and just you. Your death hit me hard. It was so hard to be in the room with you while you took your last breath, but I did it. And I made sure you knew I was there the entire time. Your love for me was endless. Thank you for your companionship. Thank you for your love. One day we will meet again, and when that day comes, we will never have to say goodbye again. R.I.P.
