I adopted Riley on November 2 2011 when he was 2 years old from the shelter. He was so scared! I took him on a walk & he jumped on my lap & I fell in love instantly. He was the sweetest dog. Everyone loved him. At 9 years old he was diagnosed with Cushings disease. We treated him for 3 years for that but then he developed kidney & thyroid disease. His mobility started to decline & I was devastated. I always said I would never make him suffer so I had to make the dreaded call to the vet. He came to the house & died in my arms. My heart is breaking. I miss him so much & I always will. I always told him he was the best dog & I would love him til eternity. R.I.P. Riley You are finally pain free.Guestbook
