Memorial

My baby boy. My buddy! He was always in the shadow of his big brother. His brother was a bully. He wanted all my attention. So these 2 would butt heads many times. This little guy could be so insubordinate but was a character. He could clear a 7ft fence with 3 bounces and he was a rat terrier. He was determined to run the neighborhood and good luck getting him to listen to you to come back in. Nobody was catching him! He ran like the wind! One time I got in my car to try to wear him out and I clocked him running at 30 mph. My 2 boys that died one year apart were my rock when I suffered Lyme disease for 4 years. They were my everything. He got very week the 1.5 yrs of his life. He struggled walking real good and I had to put him in and out the bed. I also couldn’t leave him outside with the heat in Louisiana at all. I know he had to miss running. I babied him his last year of life with so much loving. His brother had passed so he was spoiled beyond belief. I carried him to the backyard because it was very tiring for him. Sadly when Hurricane Zeta hit the lights went out and he had a stroke. Don’t know if it was too much for him but that was it for him. He was 16. Rest In Peace my buddy! See you in heaven!
